Vitamin D (25-OH) level is 20.9 ng/ml. Should I start supplementing 60k UI D3 per week for next 8 weeks?

@slimshaky As long as its Cholecalciferol form. Take any. I take Carbamide Forte 10K from Amazon.

There is no harm in taking higher dose. You can safely take it upto a year without worry.

Let me share some something. Vit D3 is very difficult to get at optimal level. Even with higher doses and all supporting supplments. It takes years to reach optimal level. You can switch to 5K after your levels comeback in higher range.

But if you want to do 2K-5K, thats fine.
