Want to take a 1-2 week break. Could use some insight

@joshteo Was experiencing this towards the last week of my cut for a comp, 3 days into my deload and calories back to maintance, although I did have a 3 day fat load and no carbs, I still feel myself. Currently on a high carb day today and tomorrow. Honestly, a deload and diet break (not pig out) may be what you need to push yourself further and progress long term.
