What’s your thoughts on the oversized t shirt?

@gidy You have to train them directly mate. My wrists are small af, but after a year of direct training, my forearms are finally pretty meaty. Palmarflexion, hammer curls, .... You'll see, it just takes time
 
@horation I did a good few years of bouldering which helped a bit, but now I don't boulder much with a 5 day split I don't recover in time. I just end up being worse off in the gym and bad at bouldering.

I've been doing wrist curls for a few weeks. They make a lot of grinding and popping sounds though even with light weight. I'll start doing farmer's carries.
 
@gidy Do you do the curls sitting with hands rested on your thighs? Those make my wrists crack, too. Standing curls either on a cable like Sam Sulek or finger curls with a barbell feel great, though.
 
@righteousbyfaith Way more comfy actually can make you look even bigger I know baggy is out of style now skinny jeans and shirt shorts on dudes is in 🤦‍♂️. I can't even find regular relaxed jeans or sweats. So yea oversized shirt 🔥
