I’m a 22 y/o female and am trying to lose my covid weight gain plus a little more. I’m 4’11 and was 105 from high school basically through college until last year when i stopped biking everyday and going to the gym bc covid and starting a 9 to 5 job. My goal weight is 100. About two weeks ago I was 115. Since then I have been walking 2-4 miles a day at a 16 minute per mile pace plus doing 30-40 minutes of (body weight only) HIIT every day. On top of that I have been pretty diligently tacking calories with a scale in order to stay between 1100-1400 calories a day. I weighed myself for the first time in a week and I GAINED TWO POUNDS. I just don’t really get how that’s possible bc I was under the impression that my TDEE should be somewhere around 1800 calories a day? please help :-(
