So I guess after 10 years of training these elements he's somehow managed to survive . But all in all it's complex and dangerous stuff.

@beautyhope Yes, I saw it. Because this is not like taking a walk in a park, is it? Of course, there will be injuries. The question is how severe they will be. The one guy from the second video has been training after that. I found two or more videos with him. So I think he's managed to train successfully after that second video.
