Hi kettlebell people,

I am loving this following workout that I am doing 1/2 times a week. Do you think there is room to improve, I already do a lot of carries with 32/40kg because they rock.

The workout:

First 24 minute HIIT 40/20 (so 4 rounds of the circuit). Based on: 6 Kettlebell Moves for TOTAL Body Fitness - Build Toughness! (youtube.com)

First 24 minute HIIT 40/20 (so 4 rounds of the circuit)

1: Kettlebell swings (32/40kg's)

2: Front rack squat (double 20's mainly)

3: Standing Halo (20kg)

4: Every round another chest exercise (push-ups, floor press, diamond pushups, dips)

5: Cossack squats (Body weight because I suck in these)

6: Gorilla rows (20/24 kg's) with doubles.

Then short hydration time

Then 15 minute core HIIT: Based on: Get Abs the Right Way (FULL WORKOUT) (youtube.com)

1: Weighted sit-up R (12kg kettlebell)

2: bear plank pull-throughs (16/20kg)

3: Weighted sit-up L (12kg kettlebell)

4: Hand to hand swings

5: Kneeling around the worlds (16kg kettlebell)

@crusec Personally, just for how my head works, I'd keep the press rotation the same for each workout, rather than each round

Monday might have dips, Thursday press ups etc

I also love chin ups. But I like the bioneer stuff, says some pretty sensible things all in all.

Certainly not a 'bad' routine

@kruise Yes I understand, thanks for the message! I was thinking the same beforehand but after a few times this workout I experienced that when I did four different chest ones I had more chest activation.
