Which would be better for building a strong/resistant body and good general fitness: 3x weight training (full body) with 2 days of pilates (doing 30 min of aerobics each day - running at an average of 8 to 10km/h on one day and jumping rope on the other) or 4x weight training (upper/lower with 15 min of hitting at the end on 2 of the 4 days).
