hello! my whole life i’ve been skinny like timothee chalamet, however since the pandemic my metabolism slowed down a bit and i gain some weight (not a ton). my girlfriend is pretty knowledgeable on work out routines but i wanted a second opinion.
i’m on a calorie deficit and that’s helping but my question is:
do i do cardio only or should i also be doing ab work outs and such as well?
i work out at home and i have a treadmill, small dumb bells, and exercise bands!
my goal is to get back to my old body which is very much like timothee, i was very slim/skinny with some muscle definition. i’m worried about bulking too much. thanks so much in advance !
