Hi I'm new to this community, I was looking for some very much needed advice. I've had a C-section and an abdominal surgery within the last 5 years and it's been really hard getting my belly fat under control. Nothing really seems to work I can lose inches off my waist and pounds but my stomach doesn't seem to ever get smaller. So I guess I'm just wondering what would be some good exercises or workout routine for someone who has those surgeries to be able to lose the fat that's around them?
