Workout after surgery

Hi I'm new to this community, I was looking for some very much needed advice. I've had a C-section and an abdominal surgery within the last 5 years and it's been really hard getting my belly fat under control. Nothing really seems to work I can lose inches off my waist and pounds but my stomach doesn't seem to ever get smaller. So I guess I'm just wondering what would be some good exercises or workout routine for someone who has those surgeries to be able to lose the fat that's around them?
 
start with gentle exercises like walking, swimming, or yoga to rebuild core strength post-surgery. focus on low-impact activities that won't strain your abdomen, such as pilates or modified planks. incorporate balanced meals with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins to support your fitness goals.
