I a 17 f wanna start working out but the problem is I don’t have gym membership ship yet so I can’t use weights and so to workout. I wanna start working out from home, my naming focus is my glutes and stomach. And I don’t know exactly how to start, does anyone have a routine and tips they can share?
 
As Markthedrummer said a Kettlebell is perfect for home workouts, with only one kettlebell there are a lot of exercises for working out different parts of the body. The most common exercise is kettlebell swings which works both your glutes and stomach at the same time. You need to push with the legs and glutes to to swing the kettlebell while keeping your core tense to keep balance.
