    @crusec Personally, just for how my head works, I'd keep the press rotation the same for each workout, rather than each round Monday might have dips, Thursday press ups etc I also love chin ups. But I like the bioneer stuff, says some pretty sensible things all in all. Certainly not a 'bad'...

    @khohanguc You're absolutely right, we all have the equivalent of the 'body weight card' but play it wisely, there's always a tiny child somewhere warming up with your newest pb. You want to hit his simple standard, you have to hit 32, he decided. 24 is still great, but that isn't the standard

    @peterlindner Depending on your tech, a swing heavy focus is definitely the direction to take. Mark wildman on YouTube has loads of great vids on how too start

    @hcwewvcw02 Can you push press it? Do it 2 handed, then assist to 1 hand, then progressively less pushed press It's not ideal, but don't see why it can't work eventually

    @rswembraced So you could do something like X amount of swings X amount of those Bulgarians round the head, for total reps or time or whatever The 2 would compliment each other well

    @rswembraced Firstly well done for doing all you're doing already, that's some huge weight loss. Half the fun with this stuff is playing about, and as most of us aren't athletes where everything needs to be optimised, trying different things to see what you enjoy most is a big factor. Imo...

    @jaikyuveh A lot of this is a mindset thing I'm 38, front line NHS, work OOHs with a sporadic rota. It's not even a week of nights I do, this fortnight is Mon night shift wed to sat days Sun night shift Tuesday to Fri days. For a pattern than too many hours to be legal....but that's the NHS...

    @jar1437 I believe it's meant to be CP, CP, CP, c, fsq, fsq, fsq. So 1 more clean than you did I'm just on my 2nd run through. The highest I got to was early 50s I think and I was pissing sweat. I assume you now look aquatic with 60? Road trip with bells is fun. Enjoy
