    @sysop My boyfriend and I have a hypervolt and I use it when I’m feeling beat up. I’ll foam roll before running because my run coach prefers I do that but all other times I’ll lay on the sofa with the hypervolt like a pig in mud.

    @josho I like using a kettlebell and holding the horn to keep it in place, but you could try a heavy band if that’s annoying. Play around with pausing at the top, slowing down the concentric or eccentric portions, single leg, etc.

    Which workout videos have you enjoyed lately?

    @warpur I’ve been enjoying the HIIT workouts on Self’s YouTube channel! They’re all about 30 min and tell you exactly what the exercises are before the warmup starts. They’re well produced and the instructors are great :)
