    @isabelle44 try mo kapag well-rested ka. Walang recent training for the past hours. Upo ka for 15 mins kung saan ka mismo mag ccheck. Highly doubt na falsely elevated yan though mas ok pa rin icheck. if bulking ka, most likely mataas cholesterol mo.
