1 month bwf - 25/M/6’1

I am a re-trainer I worked out for a year in a gym but Covid came along and I stopped working out all together I went from 155-185 back to 155

I decided I liked bwf more than the gym, so I started back up last month and went from 155-160 ( grey shorts ) to 165-170 ( stripe shorts )


My strength has went up immensely. I have been doing the RR. My pull-ups for 3 sets started off at 6-6-5 to 12-11-11. All my other numbers have increased as well. I eat around 3000 calories a day my maintenance is 2500 but I don’t count

I just wanted some advice I’ve always been skinny and lengthy it’s hard for somebody tall to “fill” out. I was just wondering if I should continue to bulk, but a weighted vest, focus more on a certain body part. Thank you in advance
