Hey all, I used to train w/ kettlebells a several years ago then stopped due to an unrelated injury and sold my 16 and 24 bells.
In these trying times I had a eureka that I should get back into KB training as my injuries have healed and I'm once again seeking the brutal efficiency of the 'bells.
It seems impossible to order KBs online these days BUT I found a 20kg bell. I'm wondering if I should hold out until I can get a 16 or if the 20 would be fine. Ideally I'd have a 16 and 24 again, but 'tis impossible to find these days.
When I was training w/ KBs I was told my form was very good. I also was able to complete the 15:15 VWC protocol @ 8 snatches (and started working on 9), and TGU the 24 for reps.
I reckon that I should play it safe in regards to what I expect I can do now, and ease into training slowly. That being the case, what does the community think of re-starting with a 20kg bell?
