(18M, 5’10, 152lb) 8 month progress

@loxjox yesss! I eat maybe 5 eggs in the morning with some toast. For lunch, white rice with a whole can of tuna. Spaghetti with alfredo sauce and chicken breasts for dinner.
 
@jayphilip Damn, that is sick progress.

I'm 17 and trying out many different calisthenics workouts at home. They're doing me good so far but can't seem to gain significant mass.

Just curious, What kind of stuff were you eating to gain that mass?

( I've been stuck relatively skinny most my life, parents won't allow supplements🥲)
 
@jd912 I believe in you homie!! here’s what I eat,

breakfast
3-5 eggs in the morning, two pieces of toast

lunch
really varies for me, but usually a big plate of white rice with a full can of tuna

dinner
i eat spaghetti with sauce & meatballs or chicken breast

if available, i might have a protein shake. i’d really count your calories though. some days I find I eat under 2000. some days I eat too much. I was very chubby for a week 😭

I should def start with more eggs as its something I hear alot.
