I'm trying to mark my progress against various ranking tables (KB sport) but alas, competition for men are two-handed and these days getting kettles is hard, so I only have one per weight.
How (approximately) to compare/guess my say 5 minute 2H jerk count based on either my 2.5 2 (L+R) minutes 1H jerks (if the critical element is body movement) or 52(L+R) 1H jerks.. or... Any other idea?
In other words, from your experience, if your 2H jerks per N minutes was X, what would your 1H jerk be? X? X2? X1.5?
