That said, I still think she’ll benefit from the lack of LRCs. She tends to be a bit below average (for her level) when relying on upper limbs only for body weight stuff.
@selu For pushing (aka HSPU), yes. Her arms are extremely long, and she’s just not good at it. Not for pulling like rope climbs or the peg board events where she excels.
@jonjones229 Hmm this seems like wont be much of a separator to me. I guess we will see a jumbled up board but likely your fastest competitors will take this too in my opinion. Not an endurance style.
@pedianephro Rumor is the legless rope climbs start from an l-sit and require a legless descent as well. If that’s the case, the rope climbs will become the separator.
@jonjones229 Can we get just one classic CrossFit workout with a heavy barbell? It would really round this thing out. Something like heavy DT with a pull-up / C2B / BMU progression ?
