[25/M/6'0"/200lbs] First post, glad to be a part of your community (pics inside)

Hey guys/gals,

I have a long training history. Been through all the stages of lifting and am pretty experienced in all. Turned vegetarian a few years back and slowly transitioned to vegan as I found out the whole truth about the world.

Been travelling Europe for 4 months and just settled in London. Much needed break from training meant that I'm exciting about going to the gym again for the first time in a long time. Loving being back in the fitness lifestyle. After a light introductory period, I've decide to train carefree, but just hard. No program but do whatever I feel like doing on the day, weighted more to my weak points (like delts/arms). Looking to gain muscle/lose fat, as always.
