26 y/o female new to weight lifting, struggling to hit my 150g of protein target

@sally_wheeler I think you might need more calories. 4-5x workout per week is a lot and you need to be in caloric surplus. I’m wondering if you should be hitting more like 2300-2500 calories. I struggle with feeling full and getting protein too! I’m 31F, 130lbs, trying to gain muscle. My coaches recommended 2300 calories and 130g protein with 3 strength workouts per week and one cardio. It’s tough for me to hit 130g protein.
 
@xaydungsongnam Hmm, not a single person has agreed that I need that much. I also got the opinion of a second trainer who said 135g would be more like it. I think I’m going to focus on aiming for 110g a day and anything over that is a bonus. I’m relatively new to all of this and was not eating enough in general before trying to gain muscle anyway.
