I made a older post but ...1500 calories is just eh.
I'm wondering if the 1600-1700 cal
will help me slow lose still.
1700 - 250 cal burn = 1450 cal ...
Just aiming for 8k steps though (light strength)
Is this still a slow weight loss?
I'm feeling much better tho and my eating habits seem to be changing so I don't snack so much actually.
I noticed I'm fuller happier when I eat food I enjoy. Sorry if this is redundant.
