F forever02 New member Jul 11, 2024 #21 @mitchell Haha, I wouldn’t say they are boulders but I’m definitely the strongest I’ve seen on laterals. I’ve got a really wide back and base and the front delts are big. I also love that pose as it pops the muscles!

B buckeye_momof4 New member Jul 12, 2024 #23 @forever02 doesn't do any free weight compound exercises. I don't think most people can give you an evaluation of how strong you are with these lifts. But in my mind you're not at the point where you're plateued because you're approaching genetic limits.
