I'm following the /r/bodyweightfitness routine. That's 3 days a week of:
I'm trying to gain muscle and my weight is ~65-70kg
I'd like to know your thoughts.
- squats / V-Sit (3x5-8 reps with 90s rest each)
- Push-ups / Rows (3x5-8 reps with 90s rest each)
- Breakfast: muesli like cereals with soy milk
- Lunch: pasta/rice with vegetables (pimentos, eggplant, onion, garlic and sometimes home-made vegan chorizo)
- break (I don't know its name): same as breakfast
- Dinner: like 6 toasts with humus and maybe a glass of soy milk with cacao.
