I'm 15 years old, I go to the gym and I take Muay Thai, I also take protein powder but l'm curious in take preworkout but stim-free and it's worth it can help u to improve like give u energy and focus? Idk also what can I do for gain muscles
@sekim Skip the pre work out. Eat some carbs before the gym. At 15 I recommend downloading the app "caliber" and when it sets up the workout wizard for you select beginner or amateur and it will ask if your doing this at home or at the gym and what equipment you have e available and create a workout routine for you. It's free. I use it and it's amazing.
@sekim At such a young age, id stay far away from stimulants or supplements. So long as your meals arent a few pounds of chocolate and bricks of sugar, youll likely be fine with just the exercises. Its incredibly easy to overdo it with that stuff, and i speak from experience
