This morning, I randomly cooked and ate like 4 cups of Lima beans in a sitting. Very unusual for me, as I often eat a more tradition sweet breakfast (e.g. oatmeal, cereal, fruit smoothie). I feel amazing. Lots of energy. I'm just getting my mind around the idea that this is even an option as silly and naive as that sounds. Does anyone here eat beans with breakfast or eat savory food for breakfast?
