I'm looking for fish oil and a multivitamin supplement. Could you please suggest me which one will be best? ( Yes, my protein requirement is being fulfilled, so please don't suggest whey in their place. )

I'm 18 yo and have been going to the gym for about a year. I wanted to try these supplements should I take them? What about d3 ?

I recently found this video while searching for good companies for fish oil. should I consider these companies?

I know ke jiski deficiency hoti h unko cover krne ke liye wahi vitamins lene chaiye but ager multivitamins le bhi liye to wesse bhi extra wale nikal he jayenge to koi problem nhi h

@johnyork Becadexamin Multivitamin and Multimineral Capsules of GSK and Truebasics triple strength Omega 3 is one suggestion for your question.

Edit: Calcium + D3 I take is 1MG's inhouse brand.

I am 48 , whether you need to take or not your GP would be able to answer.

@johnyork Unnecessary vitamin pills are a strain on your kidneys. Normal vegetables cover a lot of vitamins. Mostly people are deficient in vit D, b12, zinc and mg etc. Save your money on them pills and spend on a decent blood work.

I recently did 30 diff tests with "Krisna Diagnostic". Normal cbc was 100 bucks only. Total cost me 3000 rupee, but I had many complicated hormonal, liver, kidney etc tests.

You might get most tests in 500-1000 rupee which is a better use of money. Krisna diagnostic is 3 times cheaper. I have used Lal path labs before and cost me 8000 rupee for 10 tests.

@johnyork First 4 seem good -- 5 I don't like multivit in general, but looks like legit pharma stuff. I have recently changed my mind from flipkart/amazon etc supps to pharma grade medicines. It is highly unlikely vit D, multi, fish oil prescribed by docs are going to be fake in the pharmacy.
