Best way to set Compound lifts?

I’ve been trying to look this up and haven’t found much help on google. My question is, what’s the most effective way to set up deadlifts/squats/bench? My current split is
Deadlifts: 8/5/3/1
Bench: 12/10/8/5/3/1
Squat: 10/8/5/3/1
Am I doing too high reps? I feel like I’m not progressing very well, and I’ve been using this split for ~2.5 years. Should I do less reps and higher weight, or just split it differently? I know different things work with different people, I just want a more experienced opinion on this.
