Daily neck workouts literally saved my life

@olskool_727 Love this. I started programming for neck work after taking up snowboarding. A small wipeout can leave your neck really sore. A very important and underrated muscle group!

Not to mention, research shows bigger muscles in the cervical spine correlates with less pain and injury. I know Formula 1 drivers do some really intense cervical strengthening too. Very interesting to see their workouts.
 
@olskool_727 Yea I wonder how heavy the helmets are. I started incorporating more cervical strengthening about 2 years ago.

I really would love to give the Iron Neck a try but haven't ponied up the cash for it. Heard great things about it if you haven't heard of it. I'm a physical therapist normally so I love this stuff lol
