Data showing that +70% weighted chinup = OAC

@dawn16 Maybe a rock climber. I heard a lot of them are really skilled in unilateral pulling but may not do any bilateral pulling.

Just a guess though, I may be wrong.
 
@jesusisafriend Weighted Chinups are awesome for overloading the pullup, but it lacks the skill for OAC - to pull from dead hang to top of the chinup with one arm and stabilisation. And it's way more fun to train OAC progressions than adding weight on pullup, at least for me. On the other side, it's tougher on connective tissue.
