@jajejllc I am 130.8lb, 5ā 1ā and I have a chubby body and some mean love handles, I want to get a lean body (I donāt care about show off muscles, just being skinny and replacing fat with muscles). I looked at the guide pinned to the top of the sub, but does anyone have some good ideas on what workouts to do, also I donāt know what my daily caloric intake should be because I am below the 18yr old limit most calculators have unfortunately.
