Just thought I’d share my new favorite breakfast that packs a lot of protein in the morning!
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 cup of Good Karma Flaxmilk + Protein
- 2 tablespoons of PB2
- 15 grams of vital wheat gluten
- 1 tsp of brown coconut sugar
- 1/2 banana (to top off after cooking other ingredients!)
- Cinnamon to taste!
I used Cronometer to calculate the macros below:
Cals: 402
C: 47.2 (Net Carbs)
F: 7.8
P: 30.6
