@jenortonjr hahaha, i'm only one individual out of a sea of many hopelessly curious and excited to try new things- and calisthenics/rings/gymnastics happen to be what I'm interested in! I don't believe in natural talent and all that- just good solid hard work, plenty of rest, and focus on ur own journey!
That's the beauty about a strength/skill-based discipline! And one you can do in your own time
@jellyball I remember those days- for pull ups, do negatives, then banded concentrics (best is spotted)!! Ideally, if you have rings or a bar at home, do platform assisted pull ups- that's the fastest way.
Once you get your first PU, just keep cranking them out- max them out every 3 days to a week.
I'm sure you'll get there! Can't wait to see your progress my man
@summer63 The roll-up, is kind of a pullover into a muscle up. After top control ( turn your hands, palms to front), turn them back in, drop to the cross.
