I was watching a video about vegan meal prep from Brian Turner, and was surprised to know that he got 100 g of protein through using only beans as his main protein source. Could someone with experience in protein tracking help me understand this, because I'm a beginner and find it hard to track protein in everyday items like vegetables, bread, and pasta.
