@seekingrighteousness Yeah, what about it? I’m not a strength athlete, and barbell Bench has never been a main exercise, I’ve always preferred dumbells (for which i use 35kg)
@dontreallyknow That's great! My strength goes up a decent amount whenever I focus on it. My best is 290 so far. Never focused on it a whole bunch but am starting to now
@dontreallyknow Awesome! I can only use dumbbells and wonder for those who can bar bell two plates what kind of weight are you using you dumbbells. Like are you using dumbbells too and how heavy are you going when you hit two plates on the barbell?
@dontreallyknow Wow thanks I’ve been trying to find someone who can tell me this precise information for a while. since I don’t have a barbell at home but currently I’m using 75 lbs for decent reps and I wonder how much it equates to a bench press. Thanks again!
