@langley7 I would love to have cutting calories at 1800! I’m at 1293-1305 for my cut! I’m used to it now but man, what I would add with 500 more calories.
@intermediary Oh wow! A coach previously had me on 1400. I was so upset that he even suggested it LOL. I gave it a good try but was way too hangry. I'm 42 and I don't feel like I can handle the hunger like I could when I was younger. So curious, how tall are you? What are your maintenance cals?
@langley7 Haha, I hate being hangry. My TDEE is surprisingly low, around 1550 on average so that’s my maintenance. I’m 5’3, 125 lbs now, and 49. My goal is to lower my body fat while keeping my damn hormones balanced.
@intermediary I've seen people saying in my fitness Facebook groups that they can't eat as much while going through perimenopause. I don't think we need to trade stomachs, I'll be right there with you soon!
