Any 4’9 - 5’0 ladies eat more than 1500 calories?

@excpomelo I’m 5ft. I mostly do cardio and sometimes ring fit adventure. I usually eat around 1500-1600 calories and according to my Apple Watch I maintain at about 1600-1700. Tryna increase my activity level so I lose some fat and gain more muscle. It’s a bit slower progrès now because I’ve been doing a lot of traveling lately and thus haven’t been taking my thyroid medication (i have hashimoto’s disease) at the usual times that I normally take it. 🥲
 
@excpomelo Maintenance of sub 25% BF at 2100-2300 cals. 5'2" so I know I'm a touch above the asking height, but I lift 3-4 days a week generally. Cardio is mostly 10k steps a day or a run/swim thrown in if I'm feeling frisky.
 
@excpomelo I'm 5'1", so just a little taller, I weigh 107. I'd say on average I probably eat about 1600 a day. I run a mile and a half 3-4 times a week, and walk every day, so not super active I guess? In the spring and summer though I do add about an hour of tennis two times a week, and more walking.
 
@excpomelo Currently working out 3-4 days a week (mostly lifting), 8k steps 2x a week. I used to try to hit 8k a day but have less time right now. I’ve been reverse dieting and right now my weight’s been pretty stable at 1800-1900 calories, but will know more in month’s time.
