@brianlee3271 I couldn't read all that, friend. You just started lifting. Just lift heavy weights for now and push your sets. Don't worry about it.
After a few years, worry about it a little. I've been lifting for over 10 years and I've never really worried about it (I do very much look like I lift). I've always just lifted heavy weights and pushed my sets. The reps and weight just naturally went up.
