@kittensrockz This is a workout that I think is a good starting point. Once you get more familiar you can switch it up.
  • WARMUP// 5 'cardio' exercises for 30 secs each, 1 time
  • WEIGHTS// 3 - 6 'weight exercises', 4 sets of each exercises, 10 - 12 reps per set. You can do a leg day, arm day, full body day, alternate, core day.
  • PLYO// 2 sets of 3 exercises, 20 secs per exercise with 10 sec break. 3 reps

WEIGHT// 10 - 12 reps, 4x

@wiichkuneew This is amazing! I can’t tell you how many times I YouTubed a movement when I first started lifting weights. Who wants to sit at the gym watching videos. Usually I just needed a little reminder since I just didn’t know all the names for lifts. This is soooo helpful!!!
