I started gaining weight and got myself to 173, so I started looking into workouts and doing my research with what google can provide and I came up with my own workout. Since I stay home and I only have dumbbells and a bench this whole workout is based off that. I looked into circuits and traditional reps & set but I saw more benefits in doing circuits than traditional since I'm trying to loose weight not gain muscle mass. I workout 5 days a week M, T, W, TH, F and on saturday sunday I workout freely either I workout or not and when I do what am I lacking in from the weeks workout. I been doing this for four weeks and I'm current down to 161. I just wanted to get some second opion or if you have suggestion or tip or maybe revisions. I do these circuits for a total of four times per workout.
