We created an app for the Recommended Routine and we want to share it with the community

@ible Just configure the routine with exercises you do and press start. From that point it should be clear. At least we want it to be :)
 
@arniep So you basically run through the entire workout at once? Isn't the RR supposed to be 3 sets of 6 exercises? You have 8 on there.
 
@ible I have to admit, this is what i had been doing for some time :)

Just skip the exercises you dont want to do. If its core triplet you can finish your workout when you reach it
 
@ible We will add the possibility to configure custom routine eventually. But we consider it functionality for advanced users, not for beginners. Try to do all 9 exercises, there are basic options for each progression so that you can start building full body strength.
