I don't know when to stop eating ,please guide

@angeloak Two ways to go about it.

Relying on the body's indicators of fullness. If you eat a bunch of pure protein or fat or fibre, you will feel very full. If you feel full you won't want to eat as much. This is the intuitive eating way of doing things, ideal but unreliable.

Decide how much you are going to eat beforehand and stick to your decision. So if you count calories you already measure your food beforehand and know how much of what you're going to eat. Whether it's one plate or half a dozen, the decision is not made in the moment it's made before.

Nothing healthy or unhealthy about poha. Your mind lies.

@babyboomer54 This is the issue ,the body indicates much later

Like, I start eating, for some things I have to measure e.g.two chapatis and then stop
Problem is which is not measurable like poha ,upma etc

@angeloak Are things like upma or poha not measurable or do you not measure them? Everything is measurable.

To do that you weigh your food. How much sooji do you put in one plate of upma? How much oil? Get a kitchen scale and weigh your uncooked ingredients. That's how you measure things.
