- Based on your goals & needs: Build strength & muscle in the gym (nSuns 531, Greg Nuckols Beginner Program, GZCL, PHUL, etc.) or at-home (Recommended Routine, Fit at Every Size, etc.), improve flexibility (Length & Strength), and cardio (audio-guided).
