I hate the results since I started cycling uphills almost every day. It is long, difficult, exhausting. You gotta push through the burn and limit of your cardio capabilities... But it is really rewarding...
I literally cannot deep squat in most of my pants because of how tight they are (I don't wear skinny jeans), and all that after a month.
Does not have to be MTB, but deffinetly think about similar modalities of training and how that would apply to BWF.
Progressive overload is the key tho, and also focus. Focus is your biggest asset. One step, one goal, one sweatdrop at a time.
Also fix ur recovery. Most likely lagging, tho I haveny read your post fully.
