Definitely disagree with this. I feel good and have energy on a PSMF and doing OMAD, I'm definitely not gaining anything then.

The maingaining doesn't clarify, it muddles things and is used to sell useless stuff to ignorant noobs.
 
@carra You are muddling things. We are discussing calorie consumption per day not consumption interval.

I could just as easily say you are wrong because on a three day fast I don't gain any muscle while bulking.
Fact of the matter is that 5 meals a day is optimal, but again this is a different conversation.

Ha! Sell stuff to ignorant noobs? Like "MASS GAINER! FOR BULKING! TM" products that someone who's 30% bodyfat buys, because he obviously needs lots of carbs to build those muscles.
