If you had 1-month to get in the best shape possible, what would your workout regimen and nutrition be?

@mamared1 Just a word of advice, planning on "losing as much in a month as possible" sounds like you have an unhealthy idea of weight loss. I do get it, but you really need to think around longer terms. Losing as much bullshit weight to look slightly better won't be what you want in the long run.

That being said, you could totally lose like 8 lbs in the right way in that time. If you cut out carbs at the end that's another 8 you could probably lose
 
@mamared1 You'll lose like 10 pounds max if you want to do it the "right" way. Anything else will start to dip into the "I'm gonna be miserable" range
 
@mamared1 You can do an aggressive mini-cut for the whole month, while maintaining high protein intake and lifting intensity to shed fat fast.

However, you’ll most likely feel like shit by the end of it.
