@gracesophia11 Well during lockdown you won't really be able to reduce weight, when you hit the gym you will have a deficit from your calories now because you do more work, you have a decent physic, I would just maintain until the gyms are open, with more free time at home you get bored and think about food way more, you are not competing for obvious reason, just chill, just make sure you don't gain weight. This is my opinion
