Multi-month long workout "cycles"?

Hi, sorry if there's a better way to ask this, but does anyone know any good workout routines that are built to do over months? Everything I've read says its better to switch up your workouts every few months to avoid adaptation. I have ADHD and routine is something that is critical to me, but most online workout plans are only really focused on one week plans (Do this monday, do this tuesday, etc.)

I would really benefit from something that's like "Do workout A for 2 months, then workout B, then C, then repeat" or something like that. Could anyone help me? Will I just have to bit the bullet and make one myself? Because I'm always worried my routines aren't as good as the ones made by professionals.
