Nike Women’s Metcon 7 size?

Hey, I'm planning to buy some Metcon shoes on Amazon, but I've heard that the sizing runs a bit small.

Should I go with my regular size or opt for a larger one?"

@sinnertryin2beasanit I’m a metcon girlie (lol) and wear a women’s size 7 for most shoes, sometimes 6.5 in flats, and always get size 7 metcons.

@sinnertryin2beasanit I would definitely size up. I normally wear a 7.5/8 in other shoes but my metcons are an 8.5.
