Just had a newborn and so I haven’t had much time to go to the gym - I’ve been focusing on my upper body for a bit and have the following at home
- kettlebell (30 pounds)
- two 8 pound dumbbells
- two 20 pound dumbbells
- bench that can incline
- a mat
- 8-10 reps of bicep curls
- 8-10 reps of squats
- 8-10 reps of simulated deadlift
- 8-10 reps of bench press (dumbbells)
- 8-10 reps bent over dumbell row
- 8-10 lifting them above my head
- 8-10 doing tricep curls
