Optimizing a 15-20 Minute Dumbell Workour

Just had a newborn and so I haven’t had much time to go to the gym - I’ve been focusing on my upper body for a bit and have the following at home
  • kettlebell (30 pounds)
  • two 8 pound dumbbells
  • two 20 pound dumbbells
  • bench that can incline
  • a mat
I’ve been using the 20 pound dumbbells mostly to do the following for about 15-20 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Everything is about 2 sets
  • 8-10 reps of bicep curls
  • 8-10 reps of squats
  • 8-10 reps of simulated deadlift
  • 8-10 reps of bench press (dumbbells)
  • 8-10 reps bent over dumbell row
  • 8-10 lifting them above my head
  • 8-10 doing tricep curls
I’m not using the kettlebell yet, but I’m open to swapping anything in and out and taking advice (this isn’t my strong suit)
